in/emotion is a collaborative, immersive, interactive design and movement experience. It questions ideas around perception, proximity, and place, blurring the lines between audience and performer. A 45-minute experience of interactive video, music, and choreography.

A post-performance talkback on Friday evening at 9:45pm features Dr. Tim Richardson, head of the UTA Sound Studies Minor. A poet and theorist, Richardson is the author of the book Contingency, Immanence, and the Subject of Rhetoric; his recent work engages sound, presence, and memory. At UTA, he teaches courses in antique and contemporary rhetorics, sound, psychoanalytic theory, media studies, and writing. Attendance is open to all, but to see the show, you can purchase tickets at the link below.
