  • 2024 Pre-Law Undergraduate Scholars (PLUS) Program

LSAC is excited to announce that applications for the Plus, Guided Journey program are now open!

The next evolution of LSAC’s Plus program is designed exclusively for individuals planning to apply to law school during the upcoming application cycle. The program will use a cohort-based model to accompany and support aspiring law students for an entire year as they navigate the law school application process. Plus, Guided Journey is designed to fit into the busy lives of prospective law students, while providing structured resources and proactive support through synchronous and asynchronous content delivered by law school professionals. Selected participants in the Washington, D.C., area will also have the opportunity to gather and network at in-person meetings scheduled at different points throughout the program.

The legal profession is best equipped to serve its communities when it reflects the ever-growing diversity of society. Plus, Guided Journey was created to provide ongoing and direct support to individuals who intend to pursue law school but face structural barriers or other systemic challenges to accomplishing their goals. This new model also engages more of our member law schools which in turn increases Plus scholars’ exposure to legal education.

Applications for the Plus, Guided Journey program are open to any individual who is planning to apply to a U.S.-based law school in fall 2024. Please share this information widely with your advisees, present and former, via the downloadable resources on the Plus, Guided Journey page of our website

We are also happy to announce that two Plus Summer programs will be held through Boston University and Seattle University this summer. More information will soon be available on our website and applications are now open for these residential summer opportunities.  If you have any questions, please email Plus@LSAC.org
