History Alumna Dr. Gina Bennett Hired at Kennesaw State University

We are so proud to share that History alumna Dr. Gina Bennett has accepted a position at Kennesaw State University as an assistant professor! Prior to successfully defending her dissertation, “Imperial Women of Darien: Scottish Migration and Gender in the Atlantic World,” on April 6, 2020 via Zoom, Dr. Bennett performed archival research at the National Library of Scotland, the University of Glasgow, The Mitchell Library in Glasgow, and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
