College Park District
The centerpiece of this living and shopping destination is the 218,000-square-foot events arena hosting Maverick basketball and volleyball games, as well as Dallas Wings games, concerts, tournaments, and other events.

The tower sits at the corner of UTA Boulevard and South Cooper Street and serves as a gateway welcoming visitors to the University. It is made of brick and cast stone, stands more than 35 feet tall, and glows after dark with Maverick blue lighting.
