Whereas | According to many credible analyses, the U.S. and the State of Texas are undergoing labor, wage, and inflation crises; and |
Whereas | Said crises may encourage workers and staff to create or join unions; and |
Whereas | While the right to unionize is protected under federal law, many organizations force loopholes to practice “union busting,” and |
Be It Further Resolved That | Administrators at The University of Texas at Arlington sign a written pledge to work with Unions and refrain from practicing “union-busting.” |
