Remarks | FAILED - There is only a seasonal need for more Ambassadors. |
Whereas | The Ambassadors program at UTA represents students to the best of each member's abilities, educates & increases awareness of services, programs, and activities, and encourages and strengthens a sense of community at UTA; and |
Whereas | The group can have no more than 18 Ambassadors, Mr. UTA and Ms. UTA; and |
Whereas | The University has experienced a steady increase in enrollment for the last few years; and |
Whereas | The Ambassadors have performed very well, despite the small size of their group at a large University; and |
Whereas | Many other Ambassadors programs at Universities the size of UTA are two, three, and even four times the size of the UTA Ambassadors. |
Be It Further Resolved That | That the Ambassadors, excluding Mr. & Ms. UTA, be changes so that the number of the group represent 1000 students for each Ambassador; and |
Be It Further Resolved That | That this take affect during the current semester. |
