Remarks | President Karbhari said extending hours would result in additional costs and since tuition review committee didn't recommend increase in Library fees, it is not possibly currently. He also mentioned if students feel strongly about it then this could be addressed by Student Service Allocation committee. |
Whereas | The Architecture and Fine Arts Library hours are shortened when compared with the hours of the Central Library; and |
Whereas | Many students are in need of a place to study at times after the Architecture and Fine Arts Library is closed; and |
Whereas | The Central Library is not always a convenient place to study for those that prefer and or need materials from the Architecture and Fine Arts Library; and |
Whereas | The Central Library becomes crowded during midterms and final exams. |
Be It Further Resolved That | That the hours of the Architecture and Fine Arts Library be extended to suit the needs of our students. |
