Whereas | The print quota allowance for students will be decreased from $100 to $50 a school year beginning Fall of 2011; and |
Whereas | Students must print off many academia-related materials, including assigned papers for professors; and |
Whereas | Many professors take points off of students' grade if they email the paper to the professors; and |
Whereas | This runs counter to the University's sustainability efforts. |
Be It Further Resolved That | Professors are strongly encouraged to accept students' papers via email without penalty to help students save printing dollars and help reduce the consumption of printing resources. |
