Whereas | Many students are put under a great deal of stress and fatigue due to academics and other on campus events; and |
Whereas | Many students do not live on campus and have no suitable resting area which forces students to sleep on benches and chairs in open environments on campus; and |
Whereas | These areas are not comfortable and put students at risk for crimes such as theft and vandalism |
