Whereas | Vending machines are placed on campus to give students a conveniet means in which to purchase food and beverages, |
Whereas | The majority of these machines only accepts small bills and changes as means of payments, and only a few allow for payment using a debit card or UTA ID. |
Whereas | Few students carry small bills or change on their persons and instead use their debit cards and UTA ID's as their primary means to pay for items on campus. |
Be It Further Resolved That | The university look at placing more vending machines in centralized areas around campus that accept debit cards and UTA ID cards as valid payment. |
