| Whereas | The UTA Panhellenic Council has recently expressed it's dissatisfaction with the Atheletic Department use of the Hooter's girls at basketball games; and |
| Whereas | This type of woman does not represent a positive image of the university or of women in general; and |
| Whereas | The university should not be a party to the degradation of women. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Student Congress support the Panhellenic Council and also expresses the dissatisfaction of the student body in this matter. |
