Whereas | Student Congress represents the student body and representatives do not have offices that enables students to communicate with representatives; and |
Whereas | More input from the student body would allow Student Congress to address students' needs more effectively. |
Be It Further Resolved That | Student Congress work a table one day from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm twice a month on alternating weeks in the University Center; and |
Be It Further Resolved That | At least three representatives work the table at any given time and representatives must equally share the task of working the table; and |
Be It Further Resolved That | Representatives missing their turn or who do not aid in working a table at the assigned time will be counted absent on their attendance record; and |
Be It Further Resolved That | The table is for the gathering of information and to be in direct sight by the student body. |
