Remarks IMPLEMENTED
Whereas Transfer equvalency charts are currently available from other universities at the Admissions Office; and
Whereas UT Austin is increasing its admission standards in order to reduce its population; and
Whereas Those who fail to meet UT Austin's admission standards are advised to attend the UT component school nearest to their home; and
Whereas These students may plan on transferring to UT Austin at a later date; and
Whereas The students need equivalency charts in order to make concrete decisions on their future (in case of transfer).
Be It Further Resolved That The admissions department of UTA submit requests to UT component schools to receive their equivalency charts on UTA course catalogs; and
Be It Further Resolved That The admissions department of UTA compile and compact the lists to make it useful for the students at UTA; and
Be It Further Resolved That The list be available for students so that anyone considering transferring to another UT component can take advantage of them.
