Remarks PENDING
Whereas Students have difficulty keeping up with campus activities and sporting events; and
Whereas If there were certain bulletin boards and posting structures placed throughout campus that could be used to inform students of campus and community activities; and
Whereas These areas and structures would keep the student body up to date on campus and community affairs, creating a more informed and active student body; and
Whereas Other universities throughout the state provide multiple bulletin boards and message structures throughout campus so that the student body can be made aware of campus and community events.
Be It Further Resolved That The University provide several three-sided bulletin board structures measuring 3 ft. wide and 7 ft. tall to be placed outdoors throughout campus in strategic locations, allowing the student body and the community to post information on a variety of different sites and locations on campus and increasing the overall area that students could find said information; and
Be It Further Resolved That A committee be formed to explore new bulletin board options such as the above stated signs and other options like flat-screen monitor signs.
