| Whereas | It has become apparent that the Dry Gulch is not very popular; and |
| Whereas | The Dry Gulch is losing the university and students' money; and |
| Whereas | We all recognize that often times it is necessary to abandon projects that consistently lose money. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Student Congress SUPPORT the closing of the Dry Gulch at the end of the Spring 1992 semester; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | This space may be more wisely used by the University. (i.e. renting out the space to a food and beverage establishment to stimulate profitability). |
