Whereas | UTA currently does not have a year book; and |
Whereas | Students at UTA have expressed an interest in a year book; and |
Whereas | UTA cannot afford a traditional yearbook staff; and |
Whereas | Dr. Amacher suggested looking at the cost of a year book video and is supportive of the year book video idea; and |
Whereas | Some colleges (i.e. SMU) use a year book video style for an annual year book; and |
Whereas | The year book video will be an excellent marketing tool for recruitment. |
Be It Further Resolved That | Media Services will be in charge of budgeting, developing, editing, marketing, and producing the year book video; and |
Be It Further Resolved That | A student volunteer committee will help decide what shold be the focus and theme of the year book video; and |
Be It Further Resolved That | Media Services will gain all profits from the year book video sales. |
