Whereas Recycling paper reduces waste and saves trees; and
Whereas Several thousand Shorthorns are produced daily.
Be It Further Resolved That A recycling bin be placed alongside each Shorthorn stand; and
Be It Further Resolved That The recycling bins be emptied by the Shorthorn deliverers during delivery; and
Be It Further Resolved That The Shorthorn receive all funds derived from newspaper sales in return for their service; and
Be It Further Resolved That The UTA janitorial staff will be asked or required to deposit recyclables in their bins; and
Be It Further Resolved That The Student Congress shall reserve the surface area of the bins for advertisement for student organizations. The money raised will be used to fund future Student Congress recycling projects.
