Remarks IMPLEMENTED
Whereas The University of Texas at Arlington Constitution provides for the existence of a Constituency Council for each college and school; and
Whereas The School of Education is the only college not represented by a Constituency Council; and
Whereas The faculty, students, and representatives of the School of Education deserve a Constituency Council in the interest of better and equal representation; and
Whereas The School of Education is currently lumped under the College of Liberal Arts with regard to Student Congress representation.
Be It Further Resolved That he School of Education form a Constituency Council and elect senators to serve on Student Congress on their behalf; and
Be It Further Resolved That The School of Education elect Senators on their behalf at the next campus wide elections after passage, and the Education Constituency Council form immediately.
