Remarks | FAILED - This would cause many new problems. It might be feasible when (if) the new student system is working. |
Whereas | Students may rent campus mailboxes through the campus post office for the period of one semester; and |
Whereas | Rent must be paid for the renewal of this service in person at the post office; and |
Whereas | Many students do not make the payment within the specified time frame and lose their mailbox. |
Be It Further Resolved That | The fee for mailbox rental transfers to the Campus Life account, as parking tickets do, once the due date for renewal passes; and |
Be It Further Resolved That | Should a student not wish to renew his or her mailbox, the student shall notify the campus post office and receive a refund to his or her Campus Life account, as long as the campus post office is notified before the first day of classes of the following semester. |
