Employee Day at the Planetarium
To foster an environment of team building and engagement, we invite you to join your colleagues for Employee Day at the Planetarium! The UTA Planetarium provides unparalleled views of the night sky, the solar system, stars, and distant galaxies. Register to join us on November 19th for one of four shows playing throughout the day. Your registration is covered.
Show Time Slots:
- 9:30am – 10:30am
- 11:00am – 12:00pm
- 1:00pm – 2:00pm
- 2:30pm – 3:30pm
If you are interested in joining us for one of the shows, please work with your department manager to ensure minimum disruption to normal operations. It is important to follow these guidelines:
- Communicate with your manager to ensure necessary arrangements are made and approval is given. We understand not everyone may be able to attend. Please know we have plans to host other events like this in the future.
- Get to know your fellow employees! This is a great opportunity for building connections not only with your team, but others across UTA.
If your manager approves your request to attend, there is no need to submit the time in TCP. This is considered a team building event sponsored by UTA.
