Greetings,

As we celebrated Martin Luther King Jr. Day at UTA, we honored his legacy with a day of service. Hundreds of UTA students came together to help local service organizations give back to the Arlington Community. These service activities remind us of our role in fulfilling Dr. King’s dream—the enablement of social mobility and life-long success through the power of education.

As you’ll read below, our unwavering commitment to excellence continues to be recognized nationally. In the last several weeks, 5 Online Degree Programs were ranked #1 in the nation, UTA was recognized as the #1 school in Texas for graduating African American students with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, and our faculty continue earning international accolades with outreach that positively impacts lives in the communities we serve.

I invite you to read about the incredible progress being made at UTA to better our State, and I look forward to connecting with you in the new year.
