Emergency Broadband Benefit Program
|
Beginning Wednesday, May 12, eligible households will be able to enroll in the FCC's Emergency Broadband Benefit Program, which will allow them to receive a monthly discount off the cost of broadband service and/or devices from an approved provider. Eligible households include those with a Pell Grant recipient or that have experienced significant income loss since February 2020.
UTA students can familiarize themselves with eligibility requirements and the registration process by visiting https://getemergencybroadband.org before enrollment opens.

- May 17—First day of classes for summer intersession, 14-week term, and first seven-week term. Late registration for summer intersession.
- May 17-18—Late registration for 14-week term and first seven-week term.
- May 18—Census Date for summer intersession.
- May 20—Census Date for first seven-week term.
- May 26—Last day to drop classes for summer intersession; submit requests to advisor prior to 4 p.m.
- May 31—Memorial Day Holiday.
