All fall classes will use Canvas, UTA's new learning management system. Complete this Canvas Student Orientation training course before the fall semester begins.
The online training takes you step-by-step through critical tasks such as submitting assignments, viewing grades, using discussion boards, and taking tests and quizzes.

Fall parking permits
|
|
Student permit rates will not increase for 2019-20. Off-campus students can choose from nine parking options. On-campus residents have three choices. Read more. See the rate card.

Medical services fee

- July 30—Last day to drop for second five-week term, by 4 p.m.
- Aug. 8—Last day of classes for second five-week, 11-week, and 14-week terms.
- Aug. 12—Final exams for second five-week term.
- Aug. 12-13—Final exams for 11-week and 14-week terms.
- Aug. 20—Registration ends for fall semester.
- Aug. 21—First day of classes.
- Aug. 21-26—Late registration.
- Sept. 2—Labor Day holiday.
- Sept. 6—Census date.
