Science historian Naomi Oreskes will discuss "The American Denial of Global Warming" at the next Maverick Speakers Series event. Dr. Oreskes will speak at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 20, at Texas Hall. Join fellow Mavericks for the 2018 Homecoming celebration Nov. 4-11, a week of events filled with the unique spirit that makes UTA one amazing place to be. The traditions are back, including Paint Your Ride with Maverick Pride, the chili cook-off, MavSwap, Maverick Mum Mania, and volleyball and basketball games.
