Artists bring wares to international folk art market this weekend

See the talents of artists from around the globe at the inaugural Santa Fe International Folk Art Market at Arlington Friday-Saturday, June 16-17, at The Green at College Park on the east side of the UTA campus. Reserve a display case for department or student organization

Reservations for display cases in the University Center are now open for summer and fall terms. Departments and student organizations can reserve cases for two weeks twice a semester. Make a reservation at the Student Organizations Office in Suite B120 of the University Center. Send questions to sao@uta.edu.

Free T-shirt, lunch for emergency drill volunteers
|
Hundreds of volunteer actors are needed for UTA's full-scale emergency response drill on Monday, July 31. The goal of the drill is to evaluate UTA’s response to an active shooter incident. Emergency responders from UTA and the City of Arlington’s police and fire departments will take part in the exercise at College Park Center. Lunch and a T-shirt will be provided to all participants. Register to volunteer.
