In celebration of the Juneteenth holiday, UT Arlington will be closed and no classes are scheduled for Friday, June 17. Juneteenth is a federal holiday in the United States commemorating emancipation of enslaved Black Americans. UTA celebrated its third annual Juneteenth Festival in Brazos Park on Wednesday.
