Due to anticipated winter weather and hazardous travel conditions, UTA will close at 6 p.m. today, Feb. 2, and remain closed Thursday, Feb. 3, and Friday, Feb. 4. The closure affects the UTA Research Institute, the UTA Fort Worth Center, and all other UTA locations.
All classes, online and in-person, are cancelled. On-campus and remote work for employees is suspended through Friday. Employees should contact their supervisors with specific questions about their duties or their individual circumstances.
In light of the University’s closure, the deadline for the COVID‑19 testing requirement will be extended to Friday, Feb. 11. Additional details are available on the COVID‑19 Testing Policy and Resources webpage.
