UT Arlington resumed normal operations today, Monday, Feb. 22.
Instructors have been asked to delay exams and major project due dates until Wednesday, Feb. 24.
UTA will adhere to the state policies on canceled courses and does not plan to extend the spring term to make up for canceled courses at this time.

Staff self-evaluation extension
|
Due to the weather impact over the last week, Human Resources is extending the deadline for classified and A&P employees to complete ePerformance self-evaluations to Monday, March 8. This extended due date on the self-evaluation will be reflected in UTShare soon.
As a reminder, training for completing the employee self-evaluation and employee performance evaluation is currently underway, with classes continuing through March. Employees may register for these training classes on the HR Learning and Development Calendar.
In addition, training guides and videos are available on the HR ePerformance resources page.

VP for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion search update
|
Due to the weather-related university closure, the virtual presentations from the second and third finalists for vice president for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion will be rescheduled for later this week.
A recording of the first candidate’s presentation, which took place Feb. 12, is available.
All materials and announcements related to the vice-presidential search, including candidate information and presentation recordings, will continue to be posted on the VP for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion webpage.

Salty Donut pop-up
|
Artisan donut shop The Salty Donut will have a pop-up shop 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 24, outside of the University Center. The first 25 customers will receive a free donut with any purchase.
