Student Access and Resource Center
|
The Office for Students with Disabilities has changed the name to Student Access and Resource Center (SAR Center). This will better reflect the goal of service to all students with access needs that fall under the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act.
Currently, the center serves a little more than 2% of the UTA population, yet statistically students qualifying for services average 19% of the higher education population.
