Administrative professionals honored at annual luncheon
|
UTA's behind-the-scene heroes will be honored at the annual Administrative Professionals Day luncheon Wednesday, April 26, in the Bluebonnet Ballroom of the E.H. Hereford University Center. The fair is 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. and includes vendors, giveaways, prizes, networking, and music.
"We celebrate this day to recognize and honor all of our administrative professionals for the contributions made every day in support of the UTA mission," says Jean Hood, vice president of human resources.
A Day at the Races theme follows through with derby-inspired music and the Derby Stroll, a parade around the Bluebonnet Ballroom. A panel of alumni, faculty, and staff will discuss their roads to success and offer advice on networking and overcoming challenges.
