Claim tickets to see Kevin O'Leary, Fareed Zakaria

Tickets for the two remaining speakers in the 2016-17 Maverick Speakers Series are now available. Shark Tank's Kevin O'Leary will speak on Thursday, Feb. 16, followed by CNN host Fareed Zakaria on Tuesday, March 7. Both events will be at 7:30 p.m. in College Park Center.
VIP packages include a private dinner and photograph with the speaker. Preferred seating has front-of-the-line access to the venue. The lecture is free for students, faculty, and staff and costs $5 for community members. LEARN MORE.

IRP info sessions set for Monday, Tuesday

Prepare to submit proposals for the Interdisciplinary Research Program (IRP) by attending one of two information sessions. Both sessions are 2:30-4 p.m. Monday, Jan. 30, and Tuesday, Jan. 31, in the Engineering Research Building. Monday's session is in Room 103, and Tuesday's meeting is in Room 228. Free, assisted self-service tax preparations at Central Library
|
IRS-certified volunteers are ready to answer your questions through Saturday, April 15, at the Central Library. Bring all income and related documents as well as a photo ID and bank account information. The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance volunteers are available 5-9 p.m. Mondays and Tuesdays, 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturdays, and noon-6 p.m. Sundays in Room B20.
