University of Texas Arlington

 

UTA Health Services continues to offer free COVID-19 testing for students.  Appointments are available on the following days at Arlington Hall in the Great Room:

  • Thursday, January 28, from 12:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Please note, the CDC does not recommend testing if you have already tested positive in the preceding three months and do not currently have symptoms.

There are a limited number of spots available; therefore, an appointment is required. You can schedule an appointment through the MavCare Patient Portal using the following instructions:

  1. Go to https://mavcare.uta.edu.
  2. Log on with your UTA email address and password.
  3. Fill your date of birth.
  4. Click on Appointments.
  5. Click on Schedule an Appointment.
  6. Select “Proactive Surveillance Testing (COVID-19).”
  7. Click on Search for Appointments.
  8. Select your appointment time.
  9. Click on Continue.
  10. Click on Schedule.

You will receive notification of your results two to three days after your appointment.

Should you need to cancel your appointment:

  1. Go to https://mavcare.uta.edu.
  2. Log on with your UTA email address and password.
  3. Fill your date of birth.
  4. Click on Appointments.
  5. Click on Cancel Appointment.
  6. Select a reason.
  7. Click “Ok.”
