Student Activities

EXCEL Campus Activities is the official student-led programming board that provides social, educational, cultural and tradition-centered events and activities for the UTA community. Among the most spirited and involved groups on campus, EXCEL Campus Activities functions as your voice for campus programming.

The UTA Ambassadors serve as the official student hosts/hostesses of UT Arlington under the direction of Mr. and Ms. UTA. The group maintains and promotes new and old campus pride and traditions; increases awareness of UT Arlington’s services, programs, and activities to students and the surrounding community; and establishes and strengthens pride and passion for UT Arlington on and off-campus.

Fall in Maverick Country means more. More energy. More fun. More sports. More excitement. It all adds up to something great: All Maverick. Homecoming is a celebration with a week of events filled with all of that unique spirit that makes UTA one amazing place to be.

Maverick Stampede is the official kick-off to the new semester. During Maverick Stampede, experience a number of fun and exciting programs from across the campus, centered on integrating new and returning students to UTA!

The Mavs On The Town Program invites UTA Students, Faculty and Staff to experience all of the culture that the DFW Metroplex has to offer. Through this exciting program, Mavericks have a chance to enjoy world class performing arts, museums and other ticketed events.

The UC Gallery provides a space to showcase student artwork as well as special departmental exhibits for the students, faculty, staff, and alumni of UTA.
