Research expo highlights student and faculty creativity

Hundreds of faculty, students and business leaders flocked to The University of Texas at Arlington for its second annual Research and Innovation Expo, an event designed to showcase the University’s research efforts, reported Bioengineer.

UT Arlington food safety researcher recognized

The Texas Academy of Medicine, Engineering, Science and Technology recently recognized UT Arlington bioengineering Professor Justyn Jaworski as an emerging researcher, reported the Dallas Express. Jaworski’s research focuses on the creation of a probiotic that could change the way people break down and absorb nutrients.
