Emergency Assistance Fund

The Emergency Assistance Fund provides limited monetary help to students who are suffering temporary financial hardship due to a sudden emergency, accident, or unforeseen event that would otherwise jeopardize their ability to attend UTA. Students must complete an online application on the EAF website and provide proper documentation and receipts.

Late Night Security Escort

Parking & Transportation Services Late Night Security Escort Service: Request a trip using the Tapride app. 7 p.m. to 3 a.m. seven days per week. MavMover shuttle bus hours are 7:30 a.m.–9 p.m. Monday–Friday. See website for routes. Security/courtesy escort hours are 7 p.m.–3 a.m. seven days per week.

UTA Police Department

UTA Police protects, serves, and cares for the campus community 24/7, 365 days a year. It also conducts safety awareness, crime prevention, and rape aggression defense (R.A.D.) classes and assists in providing after-hours security escorts. Dial 817-272-3003 or 911 for emergencies and crime in progress.
