Homecoming 5K
Join us for the annual Homecoming 5K! This year’s Homecoming route is a scenic one throughout the UTA campus. Both walking and running entries are accepted. All proceeds will go to the UTA Emergency Assistance Fund. Open to all UTA students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members.

Make this event a fun activity for you, your friends, co-workers, and club mates. Team discounts available upon registration. Register and run or walk as a group on race day! The largest team will win a prize. Team names must be included on entry form to qualify as a team participant.
Proceeds from the race will benefit the UTA Emergency Assistance Fund.

*Homecoming giveaway to those that pick up their packet on Thursday and Friday.*
Race Day
Parking on Campus:
Parking is available in the West Campus Parking Garage (located at 804 UTA Blvd), Lot 34 and Lot F6. We want to ensure you have an exceptional parking experience while on campus. Please enter your vehicle information in the link below to validate your parking and obtain an e-permit for your vehicle to park on campus during the event. View the parking map here.
Here are the steps to register for parking:

Warm-up session led by Campus Recreation Group Exercise staff

The post-race celebration begins, food, vendors, activities, and awards
*Rain or shine we will have the Homecoming 5K, and no refunds will be given. At the race directors discretion we could delay or cancel for safety (lightning or other unsafe conditions). If during the course of the race it is deemed unsafe participants are highly encouraged to return to the MAC and take cover.

The course is a scenic route through the UTA campus.
Results & Awards
Awards will be given to the top finishers in each age group, as well as overall male/female and masters male/female. In addition, there will be the UTA spirit award (dress with your blue and orange) and the largest team award. Results will be available for a participant about 30 seconds after they finish.
