All About Arms - Transform your arms and redefine your upper body with this effective 30-minute arm workout. This fast-paced routine is specifically curated to target your biceps, triceps, shoulders, and upper back, building your upper body to become strong and enhanced. 
 
Anthem Cycle - An uplifting 45-minute cycle class combining all types of Spanish music ranging from Banda all the way to Reggaeton. 

Barre - Set to fun and energetic music, each class incorporates an upper body workout with weights and a combination of high-intensity sequences of the thigh, seat, and core exercises. Improving strength, more elongated muscles, and flexibility are key. Each class is designed to leave you feeling invigorated, challenged, and inspired.  
  
Cycle - Go for a spin! This ride is for everyone. Try this class of high intensity, medium impact cardio training in your target heart rate zone. Towel and water required. Limit to 12 participants. 
   
Decade Dash* - This dynamic 45-minute ride will take you on a musical journey through the decades. Pedal to the beat of top hits from the past and present, enjoying a blend of high-energy and timeless classics. So, get ready to dash through the decades and ride to the rhythm in an unforgettable fitness experience! 

Dumbbells & Dragons - Calling all dragon riders, knights, and rangers. It’s time to get fit! Dumbbells & Dragons combines martial arts, yoga, Pilates and more for a full body workout to help you take on the world.  

Flare & Finesse - Through empowering choreography and confidence boosting routines, you’ll discover the strength and grace within. Join us for a class that celebrates your unique beauty and empowers you to shine from the inside out to build a more powerful you. 

Funky Fitness - is an exciting, easy-to-follow dance that explores different eras and themes of dance. All curated to keep you on your toes, and your workout routine lively and full of variety. Come and get ready to groove to diverse dance styles and music, ensuring a fun and energetic session each time. Unleash your inner dancer and leave feeling like a superstar!

Intermediate Yoga - is a challenging yet mindful workout, designed to help you delve deeper into your practice by exploring more advanced poses to build strength, flexibility, and balance through a dynamic sequence of asanas. Movement is linked with the breath to improve stamina and concentration. This class will leave you feeling energized, refreshed, and centered
 
Kickboxing Xpress~ - Brace yourself for an electrifying workout experience that blends the power-packed moves of kickboxing. Every session is a thrilling combination of strength, agility, and cardiovascular training designed to keep you at the top of your game. This 30-minute cardio session class will be quick, fun, and will have you jabbing and kicking up a nice sweat!  
 
Pilates - The Pilates Method is a full-body conditioning program that develops deep abdominal and back strength, together with increased flexibility and ease of movement. This class is aimed at “core stability,” designed to work on lengthening muscles to help tone and strengthen muscles, using breathing to enhance relaxation.  

Pilates Fusion - This class starts with invigorating cardio to get your heart pumping, then transitions into fast-paced Pilates for a full-body workout. This seamless blend of cardio and Pilates will help you build strength, flexibility, and endurance. 
 
Performance Cycle 45 - 45 minutes of HIIT cycle class that will challenge your cardio fitness. With group work, fast flats, and heavy climbs this class is designed to take your performance to the next level. Towel and water bottle required.  
  
Pumped Up Strength - is a new approach to resistance training. Utilizing combination movement patterns in a targeted, rhythmic progression, its superpower is the dynamic integration of upper and lower body movements set to fun music.  

Resistance Training* - this dynamic workout will target major muscle groups, enhance strength, and tone with a mix of challenging exercises designed to leave you empowered and energized. 

Step to the Beat - This vibrant step aerobics class combines basic step combos with fun choreography set to top chart hits. This energetic class keeps you moving and grooving as you step to the rhythm, ensuring you have a blast while getting your cardio in. Come ready to sweat, smile, and find the beat in this exciting, music-driven class!

Strength & Conditioning - This is a full body workout designed to work on your strength, ignite your muscles and build solid power. We will focus on using added resistance and body weight to strengthen muscles and increase muscular endurance.  Our priority is to deliver a fun, safe, and effective workout but to also move our bodies and have fun.

Strength & Endurance~ - is a 30-minute session which utilizes weights to increase muscular strength along with cardiovascular exercises to improve endurance and stamina. 

Strength Training - A great class that will use a variety of equipment that will tone & strengthen your entire body. This class will have you sweating hard and feeling accomplished.

Xplosion Xpress* - This 45-minute class is a full body workout that will have you feeling strong and powerful. There will be various stations that you will move through which will target different muscles of your body, build strength and cardiovascular endurance. Limit to 10 participants. 
 
Yoga - This mind and body class utilizes yoga movements to improve your flexibility, posture, strength, and balance. Bringing attention and focus to your breath while continuous flowing from one posture to the next.  
 
Zumba* - Get ready to party yourself into shape! This exhilarating, easy to follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning, dance fitness-party will move YOU!

MAC in Motion

Looking for something different at your organization’s next meeting or event? Have a certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor come to you for a special event, fitness class, or fitness and wellness presentation! MAC in Motion events are $40.00 at the MAC. All classes offered off-site will be $50.00. Reservation requests must be completed at least 30 days in advance. Confirmation of date and time is dependent on availability of instructor and room.
